A nutrition and exercise plan that is catered just for you.
Once you have completed an initial assessment you can chose to sign up for weekly or every other week (bi-weekly) Consultations!
Weekly or bi-weekly nutrition coaching is online/video check ins continuously for however long you need to help you reach your goals. We go over biofeedback markers, assess energy levels, appetite, meal timing and periodization of your nutrition. It can be more catered to bulking, power, performance, muscle growth as well as toning up and losing fat.
Each time we meet I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your goals. As your nutrition coach I will design a program that I believe will best help you reach your goals and help hold you accountable to them.

Every person is unique.
Your body type, food preferences, level of activity, schedule, budget, and goals all require consideration when tailoring a plan for you. All consultations are one on one and take into consider the above elements. From there, you'll decide how often you need to meet to remain accountable to your goals.
Once you’ve purchased the initial consultation, head back to www.peaklabs.fit and click the button “Schedule your appt”. Once you’ve clicked that, select 1st Nutrition Consultation and select a date that works for you.

This coaching is all through email. It is not as personalized as the 1:1 Nutrition coaching but still a very good option. It will provide you with macros or one meal plan and will be adjusted as needed. Before purchase, you’ll fill out a form and based on your responses, I’ll create a macro prescription specifically for you. If you prefer a meal plan it’ll give you different options to choose from and I’ll customize your plan just to fit your macro goals! This is a great option if you don’t need as much guidance but still provdies you with a lot of direction. You’ll also receive:
A program guide with recipes, tips and tricks to succeed.
Workout plan laid out with your lifting, HIIT and cardio regimen - you can choose between an at home program (a bench and a light and heavy set of dumbbells are strongly recommended.) or a gym workout program.
Personalized macro count, meaning we take into account your age, weight, body fat, and activity level to customize your plan.
Pre and post workout meal

*After Signing Up, you will be contacted with instructions on how to move forward. Make sure you check your junk, so you don’t miss anything! This option gets billed monthly until you want to cancel your coaching subscription.
