1:1 Customized Coaching - Face to Face/ Phone Call Checkins

Once you have completed an initial assessment you can chose to sign up for weekly or every other week (bi-weekly) Consultations!

Weekly or bi-weekly nutrition coaching is online/video check ins continuously for however long you need to help you reach your goals. We go over biofeedback markers, assess energy levels, appetite, meal timing and periodization of your nutrition. It can be more catered to bulking, power, performance, muscle growth as well as toning up and losing fat.

Each time we meet I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your goals. As your nutrition coach I will design a program that I believe will best help you reach your goals and help hold you accountable to them.

Your body type, food preferences, level of activity, schedule, budget, and goals all require consideration when tailoring a plan for you. All consultations are one on one and include the following elements. From there, you'll decide how often you need to meet to remain accountable to your goals.
